My recent visit to the Napa store was less than satisfactory due to an interaction at checkout. While the initial service was seamless, the situation escalated during payment. I chose not to receive a printed receipt after my credit card was approved. However, the individual I perceived to be the store manager intervened unnecessarily, insisting that the transaction was not complete without a printed receipt. This interruption not only displayed a lack of understanding of their own payment system but also suggested incompetence in the managerial role. It is my sincere hope that the individual in question receives adequate training to fill the evident gaps in knowledge and to improve their customer service approach. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am disinclined to patronize this establishment again.

Horribly rude staff that does NOT follow pandemic procedures. Several people in the store not wearing masks and dirty glares when asking to have 6 feet of distance...
Should not have to feel that uncomfortable and risk my health just to grab some motor oil... especially when our county is worst in the state for covid cases.

If you say this is a good Napa you are lying. This is the most horrible Napa I have ever been to. None of the employees care about anything, or anyone. If it saves then work they would rather you go somewhere else. I am a mechanic that works 1 block from this Napa and I am there at least once a day. The manager is rude and None of the staff are knowledgeable. I ordered a filter that we needed asap, they said they ordered it and would take 2 weeks to arrive. Here I am 2 weeks later, go in and they say that I didn't order it. I will now be driving to o Reilly in Glenwood for all my needs. O Reilly is a good dependable company that enforces good rules for their employees. Seriously save yourself the trouble and shop anywhere else. Horrible service, horrible managers, horrible employees.

Would not honor Napa’s return policy, bought a battery pack. Never took it out of the box, i went back a few days later, the guy was super rude saying he did not believe me. Even with it in original packaging. Went to Carbondale they did not ask me a thing and returned it. Go to Carbondale over El Jebel for good customer service.

I have to make a point of how lousy the El Jebel staff was when I ordered brake parts. First, on the phone they said my brake parts were in stock so I drove in, only to be told no they are not in stock BUT they will order them to arrive when the store opens the next day. So I called this morning to confirm they were delivered to the store, and guess what? They had no record of my order and said the part had to be ordered from Utah and there would be a delivery charge! So I called the Carbondale NAPA, and sure enough they could get the part by noon from the Rifle NAPA. Hey, I've been ordering auto parts at NAPA for over two decades, and I've never experienced anything remotely like this level of incompetence. I don't know what's going on at the El Jebel store, but they need to clean up their act.

Amazing stock of parts and auto accessories. Ask staff to look up your car and year. Be prepared to prepay for parts and shipping. No credit cards over the phone. Staff will call you when parts arrive.
