The worst auto sale i have never deal with they sale everything like new and is use refurbished with the most expensive prices and bad service don't buy anything from this guy do yourself a favor and go some where else they steal your money selling you a piece of junk .
Trash is all they sale don't buy nothing here, go some where else .
I bough a truck run for 2 days motor when broke , called them to let them know and they said nothing they can do after they took my money.

JEMA has been my go to place for my auto needs for the past 4 years. Throughout the years they've helped by fixing my brakes, replacing my windshield, and did some minor cosmetic work. Prices are always fair. One time they lent me a car while they worked on mine. I'm happy to see how this family-owned business is growing in NW Houston.

We purchased a truck a few months ago. Sales representative confirmed he drove the truck himself and was in excellent conditions. He allowed us to drive it and worked fine. He offered a month warranty if we decide to purchase. Unfortunately I regret the whole transaction and more upsetting I traded my good condition car in for this truck. Two weeks after purchase engine light came on and transmission went out on us while a long way from home, found catalytic converters were also bad. We returned the truck to dealer to get both problems fixed and especially engine light to come off. Once again transmission was supposedly repaired but we have no document if it was repaired and catalytic converters were replaced with wrong ones. After 30 days of nightmare not able to drive truck finally got it back on the last day of repairs. Representative said engine light was cleared and came off and if it came back on he was not responsible anymore. Once again catalytic converters went out, transmission is still not working good and now it has an oil leak from engine to transmission and ENGINE LIGHT still on. We have lost a lot of money. If I could give negative like I would. ?
