My wife and I purchased our fourth Volvo from Gunther yesterday. Matt Kalbauch was our sales person and I have to say Matt is an absolute fantastic salesman. If you could get the chance to go there ask for Matt Matt will square you away. The entire process was smooth. It was clean. The finance went without a hitch. Everyone had a smile in their face. As I had said before, we have purchased many vehicles before that at Gunther. I’m not sure who all the faces were as there was a lot of changes, but these changes were for the best I do believe do not hesitate to go to Gunther and pick up your next vehicle. They’re nice they’re helpful The inventory was off the charts and they’ve got great coffee bar

Sadly have had a very frustrating experience with Volvo Service. I tried to call on four different occasions just to schedule the service and always went to voicemail and no one ever called me back However, on a positive note when I showed up to Schedule service, I had a very kind friendly service person Katie Scheduled my service in a very timely fashion I was excited to have the text message updates about my service however, they were not accurately updated, and it took me four phone calls to figure out the status of my car. A really like this dealership, and I wish they would improve their service to support the customers as needed

Great experience overall! Julio our sale rep was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was extremely patient in working through the options and the deal - we had a lot of questions. Richard in finance was also very nice and helpful.
