Beautiful dealership inside and out. Test drove the Kia Stinger. Trevor was my salesman and a good one too. He had ample knowledge about the car and told me everything I needed to know about it. Very nice car and should get more credit then they deserve. He was real cool guy. He did everything he could to get to get me behind one of the cars and got me a very good leasing deal with the help of the finance manager I think. Both were understanding of the fact I couldn't go forward with it due to family issue. They weren't pushy at all or deceiving and I believe they will welcome me with open arms when if I returned which I plan to. Thanks guys

We had a Great experience while purchasing a vehicle from Gunther. The process was literally painless and rewarding. The staff was excellent and accommodating.

The salesman was awesome but i forget his name. Michael Neal the Sales manager went above and beyond to make sure my sister was comfortable with her payment and vehicle choice.

Not only was Mr. Neal and staff very professional but Mr. Neal was able to assist with extremely helpful with getting a payment lowered by $ 61 a month. This was paramount.

So if you guys are looking for a Great place to purchase a vehicle go see Gunther Mazda. Ask for Mr. Neal. He will take great care of you along with his staff.

1. 2 hours to get service, lost all morning. Are they gonna pay me the time I could not work They think they own the market so they dont care.
2. I was with my children, restrooms are very nasty..kids could not use restroom plus 2 hours of waiting..
Had to go to another building at the end.

2 more reasons to never buy a VW at Gunther any more...

Gunther Service Turns out to have no Certified Quality Technicans to replace a digital Cluster in my 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. My Cluster had a failure and needed to be replaced.

After I got my Car back there were 2 minor issues and at least 2 terrible issues the Technician did.

After I got my car back turns out that they are not qualified for that kind of job. I called my friend in Germany Udo Heidemann which is a Director of an authorized VW Dealership at “Autohaus Wittenberg” in the City of Bielefeld.
He told me that their Technicians are having every 6 month to a year new Classes in Wolfsburg at Volkswagen to deal with such Replacements and Programming. The ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) is one thing which is difficult to re program. Because they need to re calibrate the sensors and need a special Authorization code to do so. Then they have to test it with the car while driving. This is a high Security Issue and when not correct programmed it can cost a life. Gunther even not activated that feature because they experienced 6 or more failed attempts. So this feature is off.

All in one a terrible job from a VW Dealer, hence 1 star. If I have the chance I would give zero Stars. Incompetent at best at Gunther including Manager Clifton.

Terrible Job they did with the replacement of the Cluster! 1) No one mentioned before I have to bring the 2 Keyfobs to reprogram, hence my Spare Keyfob didn't work. 2) The ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) is not activated when I press the button on the left steering wheel. 3) The Assembly was done terrible. Now I see the Dashboard has a gap. All in one I'm not happy. See Picture Dashboard and the Gap. 4) They didn’t clean and polish my Dashboard when they turn the car back to me.
