I had to take my car in for repair and Ms Maria had everything under control. She kept me updated every step of the way. I was told it was going to be about 7 days and it was done in 4. They wait until all parts are in until they have you bring your car in. My car looked like it was 0 mileage fresh off the lot when i picked it up. It was clean, work look excellent, lifetime guarantee on parts. Thank you Gunther Kia Collision for making my bad day into a good one.

Very happy with my car's repair from Gunther Collision Center. My representative Al and the Collision Center manager Jerry took great care of me and my vehicle and made sure to address any of my concerns. Very happy with the results. I was involved in an accident and have previously used this collision center with no issue. I took my car back expecting the same. After 2 weeks, I was able to pick my car up and immediately noticed that a section of my car was still damaged from the accident and had not been repaired. Additionally, the interior of my car was covered in new stains and spray marks from some sort of oil or grease as well as a missing plastic piece on the inside of my car. I was frustrated that I received my car in a worse condition than when I dropped it off. I told the girl who was in charge my car and she said she would get it taken care of. After speaking to several other people about the stains because they could not get them out, the manager came over and begin yelling at me and my fiancé. I was shocked regarding his extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and aggressive behavior towards a customer. He claims this is how my car came in and I clearly don’t take care of my car because I allow my dog in it. I’m a little confused how dog hair means I don’t take care of my car. The manager, Jerry Pucillo, tried to show me photos of how my car came in but disregarded when I showed him pictures of my car after they had worked on it. I have my car detailed monthly but because I didn’t have my car cleaned before dropping it off at the body shop, the collision center can stain the interior of car and not take a responsibility? The manager claims to have no boss, which is clearly reflected in his behavior towards customers. Honestly I am disappointed that this collision center would ever employee someone who would treat customers so poorly. His behavior was extremely embarrassing and shows how little respect he has for customers. I was forced to take my car home in the condition it was in even though this was not the condition I dropped my car off in.
Bottomline: don’t use this collision center and beware of Jerry Pucillo.

Had rear bumper and quarter panel replaced and painted. The paint job was terrible. Parts if the paint came off when they took the tape off. These things happen, but they expected me to just accept the work as it was which is not okay. I had to ask them to paint it again. Check the work before you leave!

I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a traffic crash a few months ago. I requested to have my newer model Mazda fixed at this collision center because of their knowledge with Mazda’s. I received excellent service, especially by the rep assigned to my vehicle, Vinny, who not only provided great communication and service, but kept me updated every step of the way, until my Mazda’s repairs were completed. They did a great job with my Mazda and took care of communicating everything with me and the insurance adjuster without any problems.

Just picked up my Volvo XC90 after being repaired at Gunther collision. figured since I bought it at Gunther Volvo it would be a good idea. I was pleasantly right!! Worked with Al one of their specialists. My car was repaired in a timely manner and the workmanship is excellent. highly recommend this shop!
