For the 3 times I've been to Don Allen I have been treated very poorly and rude. The first time I walked in trying to buy a car the guy looked at me head to toe as I was wearing my work clothes and told me "you cant afford it" so I just walked out. Second time I took my friend to look into trading his car and instead of helping us he ruddily told me to go get the purchase agreement so he could see how much my friend paid for the car and to then come back without any other explanation. I have never heard of a dealership that asks for your purchase agreement on a trade in! third time and my last time, I went in for an inspection sticker. there were 5 cars ahead of me and was in line about 10:30. as I sit in my car and I looked at the time (11:45) now and not one car had moved. So I got out and simply asked why hasn't anyone moved and a worker told me they were doing serviced cars first and wouldn't be doing anyone until 1PM. I said well wouldn't it be the right thing to let us know? He raised his voice at me and said "well if you don't like it leave". I then raised mine too and from there it wasn't so nice of a discussion. Then a lady comes out and tell me to calm down as if I started the issue telling me its common sense what they are doing... In my opinion if you have to inspect service cars, do it at the business own time or after hours, or close for the day until that's taken care of. Very unprofessional service. This is the worst company on this island and most of the people working there are extremally rude. I wouldn't recommend to anyone even who is looking to buy. Also very over priced, better buying off island.

Brought our Explorer in for two recalls, oil change and inspection. Could not have been smoother service. The car was ready on time with all the work done. Kaitlyn in service was amazing.
