I purchased a car from Carrera Autohaus in March 2024, and it was one of the smoothest and least stressful car-buying experiences I've ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, from browsing their inventory to the test drive and the actual purchase. The process was fast and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Bilal, who was incredibly professional and answered all my questions. He also followed up after the purchase to ensure everything was going smoothly. Was going to purchase a used car from Carrera, but upon pre-sale inspection, was advised that car must have had flooding issues due to error warning regarding rear lights. Carrera never mentioned issues with flooding, and when I advised via text that I was going to pass on the car, I never heard from them again (they didn’t ask why, etc.)

If I hadn’t gotten the inspection (by Pomcar, highly recommended), they would have sold me a car with water damage. Avoid.

Bought a 2010 genesis coupe from here back in July . It was an out of state purchase. Shipping is pretty fast once you find a good carrier. The coupe was clean when it arrived. I took it to a Hyundai dealership for a multi-point inspection and everything checks out! I have had no problems with it. It runs like a dream here in the wide open roads of Texas! 😀

Paid cash for a bmw drove it only for a week it started running hot they sold me a car with a cracked radiator all the hoses and lines were dry rotted … they claim they sell top quality inspected vehicles which is a lie no way they could’ve missed that! I do not recommend over 4k fees to fix purchased not even 2 months ago drove under 100 miles… If they do see damages they won’t fix it and still will sell it to you so buy at your own risk… antifreeze also was dried up from the reservoir top I thought it was from being filled but clearly it wont.. they had to refill it so I’m sure they knew it was having radiator problems then acted clueless when I called

2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8L GT

I purchased a car couple days ago, it was a pretty smooth transaction, the salesman was very attentive and he had to make sure that I am taken care of even though we had some dilemmas. Answered all the questions that I had.

About the car, it has a pretty low mileage and a really good deal, The car looks brand new, nice and neat. It looks like it has been taken care of.

I purchased a 2010 Mercedes ML550 sight unseen from the team over at Carrera Autohaus, they were super honest about the condition and any issues it had. The salesman sent 12 videos to show the condition of it. They setup delivery and had it sent to my house. This is my first purchase sight unseen and I’m so happy with my purchase. I recently bought a 2011 Dodge challenger se from this dealer. Let me say this now, if you are looking for a car THIS IS THE PLACE! The price was literally a dream come true. $2,000 under the national average. Obviously I was a little skeptical to say the least but after I bought it I got it checked out by my mechanic down here and everything is perfectly fine! I was blown away!
