The salesman was pushy. I told him at least 5 times I was not interested. He told me I had 30 days to cancel. I signed up February 1, 2024. Decided I did not want the warranty and called on February 23, 2024 to cancel. They did not want to cancel. Talked to two men and second one said he would go to his boss and see if they could help me. I kept telling him that I was told I had 30 days to cancel. This was being recorded. I was very upset. He said he would call me back. Didn’t happen. Come March 1st, my bank account has an automated withdrawal for the monthly payment. I did not set up auto pay. Am taking this up with my bank and am going to contact a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. I am thoroughly disgusted.

Their staff provided excellent customer service, and they handled everything in a timely manner. Packages are affordable, and they are even willing to work on one for yourself that fits according to your budget. Great warranty company with honest, reliable staff. Thanks American Auto Club!

This company tried tricking my grandma into to keeping a policy she made without realizing due to the fact that she has Alzheimer's and dementia. Upon speaking with a representative they asked to speak with her after telling them that she has memory issues. They then tried to reword things to confuse her and try to get her to agree to keep her policy after she repeatedly told the associate that she no longer wanted the policy that she wanted it cancelled. They said that it was cancelled but I'm not so sure seeing as this is the second time they have tricked her into signing up saying it was insurance for her car if something mechanical goes wrong. Now she's afraid to drive he car! If I could give give this company negative stars I would!!!

BE AWARE.. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
Wish I could give zero stars.. They're a total scam. They have a lot of info about you and i must admit it is a really good scam they have going. Very convincing.. you can't get ahold of anyone in this company all phone numbers are set up to seem like they're busy and when the voice machine has you on hold it randomly hangs up. I even shared that I just had a baby and wasn't sure id be able to afford the extended warranty and the guy went as far as to congratulate me.. so sad they willingly can screw people over that really aren't in a position to throw money around. it's disgusting and disappointing people are spending their life screwing other people over.

This is great company with affordable vehicle warranty plans.. The best part is if you have any questions (I always have a lot of them) about your warranty, you can call into customer service and ask them just about anything. They really know their stuff...

Auto Warranty Plan on My Fiat 500. They got me new car bumper to bumper coverage plus some freebies. I also saw they are A+ Rated on the BBB Website . I love honest companies like this that I can refer family too. They aren’t a repair shop they offer warranty for repairs that you can take to your dealer

Super professional shop, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One thing that I decide on when I check with an auto shop is if I feel like I can trust them and I definitely can trust American Auto club wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
