I would rate 0 stars if it was possible. Very unprofessional, kept saying inappropriate and foul language. I called in to have my vehicle moved, after getting an email, to clarify the details. But quickly turned to another company after such appalling attitude. Don't recommend this company. Look for another company who actually care to have your vehicle transported.

This company is SCAM!!!! Be aware anyone one who gave 5 stars and good reviews is one of them! I was victim of this Scam! I was looking for car transport and a guy name Jacob Jenkins called from this company we agreed on the price and I paid him $100 upfront! The driver who was scheduled never showed up! When I called Jacob Jenkins he Vanished!!!!!

Most unprofessional auto transport company in the US. Avoid at all cost! Horrible very unprofessional dispatchers. Nicole is very unprofessional and talks to customers with the utmost disrespect. They send order with out the customers name or contact number. You can never reach them by phone. Avoid this company!

Extremely unprofessional and unethical business. One person business run by Nicole Schwartz. She conducts business via text and her phone mail box is usually full. We were extorted an extra $300 in cash upon delivery of vehicle from the non-English speaking driver or he refused to give us our vehicle. Nicole immediately stopped answering calls or texts from us. The entire process of pick up and delivery of the vehicle was riddled with mis-communication. Pick up was a day late and delivery was a day late. Highly unlikely that the driver even had a US issued driver’s license. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The IRS should look into the cash on delivery practices.

These guys deserve less than one star. They confirmed me for Saturday from 3-5PM. One person came too early, over 24 hrs before the scheduled time and I could not make it as I had still not FLOWN to where the car was... They promise to figure it out and call me back. I start getting worried on saturday, and after seven phone calls to them, someone answers to tell me they are waiting for confirmation and will call me back. I called another bunch of times and got nothing on saturday, then on sunday. I flew back with no car...

They finally called me back on Monday afternoon to coordinate the pickup as if i didn't spend the whole weekend waiting for them. They tell me that I can knock $25 off the DRIVERS PAYMENT when de delivers the car... They never mentioned refunding me the deposit fee that goes to them so they can coordinate. They told me that once the car is on the truck they will determine my discount amount... I cancelled the service... Felt bad for the motor carrier as it was not his fault...

They don't care about the customer, they find a transport company and pass it off to you.

Made an appointment and they let us wait for hours before telling us their driver left on another order and we would have to wait til the next day.

I am a transporter...I haul cars for many companies around the country...this is the most unprofessional, disorganized, inept company I've ever dealt with. Again, I am not a customer, I'm a freelance car hauler...they send me to locations that are vacant, they don't pay on time, or at all...they don't answer the phone....there are hundreds of car moving companies....choose any one but this company...truly sad and pathetic....they have no idea of what they are doing...worse yet...they don't care...

This company is run by a woman with very bad form, aggressive, unprofessional, disrespectful and unpleasant. It is the worst company we can find, I do not recommend it to anyone. I don't know how it still works. worst experience of my life.
