I can't recommend Rory’s enough! I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and I’ve always felt like I was in good hands. They're incredibly honest, and it's clear they genuinely care about both me and my vehicle. Every time I've reached out, they've been responsive and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions without rushing. I’m always a bit weary when trying a new independent shop, but let me put your worries at ease. This place is top notch. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service at a good price. I will definitely be coming back for both of my cars. I would highly recommend Rory’s to anyone!

I took my Jeep to Rory's on a recommendation from a friend. I asked for a no b.s. garage that would do good work and shoot me straight. I found what I was looking for. I'll be bringing my Jeep back to them from now on. Thank you to Mike and the rest of the crew.

I do 90% of mantaince on my vehicles but took a vehicle in to replace the engine mounts as this was a bigger job than I had time for. For some reason, they also changed the engine oil and rotated the tires. This was never discussed or agreed to. My tires had just been rotated so I had to move the tires back to previous positions. The oil had only 3000 miles on it, the cars computer said it had 69% life remaining so I was clearly not due for an oil change. Also, I use only Motorcraft oil and filters so had to drain the oil to put my preference of oil/filter back on.

I'm not trying to bee cheep as I happily paid the $1200.00 bill but am upset I had to pay for an unneeded oil change and then spend more money and my time to fix what shouldn't have been done in the first place.
