We had an extremely smooth experience with Autohouse LLC. They went above and beyond with the entirety of the sale for my mom to make sure we felt comfortable and everything met our expectations. Benjamin, Nick, and William all helped us and were very knowledgeable and professional! There are some risks with getting a used car but our family agrees that we would only feel comfortable using this company again in the future. The Jeep runs great and my mom is in love with it. We really appreciated this staff and highly recommend!

Bought a 2012 Dodge Charger Srt8 from AutoHouse LLC was an OUT OF STATE deal the car was driving good when I tested drove it so I completed my paperwork and purchased the vehicle. The same day of the test drive I was heading home check engine light appears and got the check engine light code for cylinder 8 misfire. Nick the owner helped me get a tune up but that wasn’t the issue. One week of owning the vehicle I had cam and lifter issue where I had lifter knocking and had to get them replace. Nick the owner help me out and go it fix but still had to come out of pocket thousands plus dollars after that because the most he could give me was 3,000 dollars the car stop on me 3 days after the maintenance stating low oil pressure now the crankshaft had one spun rod bearing, engine done for and now have to spend thousands to get it repaired/rebuild or get a new engine. It was a sold as is warranty because of it being a used car. I told them about it and all Nick said was “patch it up sell the thing” . Moral of the story they sell junk/lemon cars. Just buy them from the auction don’t even drive or repair the vehicle because if they did I would never be stuck with a vehicle that I haven’t even drove yet.Vehicle bought in April it’s July haven’t even had a full week drive out of the car because I could not drive the vehicle under those conditions.

Shout out to this car lot. Very well run. While I did not purchase the car here I was looking at, I was treated very well and seen first hand how they desire to sell quality cars. I was able to do an extensive test drive with no pressure. And when the test drive was finished, I pointed out a defect that was causing me to not purchase the car that day (likely a bad oil pump or sensor causing a warning light to illuminate). They were quick to take the car to the shop to have the issue fixed. I just could not wait for the repair since I needed a car sooner than the problem would be remedied. But this was refreshing to see. If in need of a pre-owned car in the future, I will certainly return if they have something in stock that I like.

Benjamin was excellent to work with. He even suggested that I have a mechanic evaluate the car I intended to buy for peace of mind. NOBODY does that! I would do business with these folks anytime!

We live about 6 hours away to start and i thought it was going to be crazy dealing with everything so far away but the help, service, and overall experience was Absolutely amazing! My significant other is so very happy with the 2017 Titan we got from here. Great communication from the first call I made to them inquiring about the truck through the whole process with a bunch of pestering questions from me to the time we signed the papers and even after we made it home with the truck. Its almost time for my daughter to get her first vehicle and this will be the first place i look!

The best experience I have ever had when buying a car! My fiance and I had to buy a car in an emergency situation last week and the way they worked with us every step of the way is something you rarely see anymore. They checked out the car before we took it home and found some issues with it. Most car dealerships would put you in it anyway but they decided to fix the issues. They even worked with us on the down payment and made sure we got the best deal. It was absolutely the best most personable experience ever. They definitely have a return customer here. Amazing customer service.
