From the very start, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth radiating from Internet Sales Specialist Santiago Castro. He didn’t just provide me with information; he offered a genuine connection, ensuring I felt informed and appreciated every step of the way. Santiago scheduled an appointment for my vehicle appraisal, making the process seamless from the get-go. Upon my arrival at the dealership, John Castro greeted me with a warm smile. He took the time to clearly explain all the pricing options and the various benefits available under my specific tier. His dedication to making us feel at home was palpable, and it truly set a welcoming tone for the entire visit. The Sales Manager (Isaiah) also played a pivotal role in enhancing my experience. He went above and beyond to secure additional discounts, taking into account my Veteran status and my long-standing relationship with Volkswagen over the past seven years. It felt exceptional to have someone advocate on my behalf in such a thoughtful way. One of the standout moments was with the Finance Manager, known as "Moe." His patience and thoroughness were remarkable as he walked me through additional service options for my vehicle. There was no pushy upselling; instead, he offered tailored recommendations based on our unique driving habits, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Salesperson OSCAR was fantastic throughout the entire experience. He was incredibly patient and trustworthy as I searched for the car I wanted to buy. Additionally, ISIAH the financial advisor, was exceptionally nice and understanding, showing immense patience during the process as well. Even though I ultimately didn’t make a purchase or reach an agreement this time, I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future. I am extremely disappointed with Rick Case Volkswagen and the horrible service I received. I brought in my car because the interior was covered in mold. Not only did they originally refuse to cover damages that happened to my car over a manufacture defect (clogged drain pipe to Sunroof) , but they also failed to follow through on their promise to clean the mold that occurred due to the defect. When I picked it up, the mold was still all over the interior, including my son’s car seat, which is completely unacceptable. A new car seat will also have to be purchased. It’s shocking that a dealership would allow this level of carelessness, especially when it concerns something as serious as mold, which can be hazardous to health.

To make matters worse, they told me I would be provided with a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done, but I never got one. I was left without a car for almost a week , despite their assurances. I have two babies at home and I needed a car.This company has no compassion for their customers. Their lack of accountability and failure to deliver on promises is astounding. I had to pay for Uber to take me to pick up my car. When I arrives to the dealer there was NEW mold in the car. The service advisor kept repeating how cleaning the mold was a courtesy. However the mold only appeared because of the leak in the sunroof. I will never bring my car back here, and I would strongly recommend others stay away as well. This dealership clearly does not care about its customers or their families.

DO NOT BUY A VOLKSWAGON TIGUAN. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE VEHICLE AND THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT..
