Eli was a pleasure to deal with and made the entire process smooth and very easy! There was no pressure to buy and was very helpful looking at multiple cars until we found the one we purchased. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle online, and it was shipped to me in unacceptable condition. It arrived with faulty and rusted brakes (effectively no brakes) and body damage all around. Salesperson Henri assured me that the vehicle had no damage and had not been in an accident, which is contradicted by CARFAX and other evidence. Additionally, Mike from the finance department falsely claimed to consumer affairs that he paid to replace the brakes, which is untrue. No payment was made, and Mike even suggested I should sue. I am now forced to hire an attorney.

We are searching for a commercial vehicle for our business. So, we decided to browse this dealerships offerings. We pulled in one Saturday morning, and to our surprise, we weren't greeted. None of the staff came out to ask us anything. We looked around at all of the commercial vehicles for about 10 to 15 mins alone. Since the staff didn't assist us, we will go someplace where the staff is eager to help potential new buyers.

What a refreshingly amazing experience I had with Khader. He was prompt, kind, and so helpful. I went to multiple other dealerships and was not treated nearly the same as I was with Khader. Him not being pushy allowed me to make an informed decision and decide to purchase a vehicle same day I test drove. He was very transparent in all the numbers and quick to process.
